Refunds and Cancellation Policies
BdBooking issues refunds for reservation bookings that are not guaranteed within 30 days of the original reservation booking date, subject to the applicable conditions.
Always review the hotel's cancellation policy before changing a booking. Non-refundable rooms and special deals may follow different rules. Room-specific cancellation information is displayed with the applicable room or rate conditions.
Termination
BdBooking may terminate or suspend access to the Service or an account immediately, without prior notice or liability, including where these Terms have been breached. A user may terminate use by discontinuing the Service.
